Kame - Enlightenment through design
A piece of furniture and a sculpture combined. Enter Kame through a door and seat yourself in the middle of its protective „shell“ or admire its sculptural form from the outside.
Kame was designed for the gardens of the baroque monastery Stift-Melk in Austria. During the day the pattern of the hexagons and pentagons create a wonderful shadow show on the ground.
At night the halogen lamp ring lights up the interior, giving Kame a mysterious and fascinating aura.
